Refund policy
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Kolosym Studios Company (“Kolosym,” “we,” “our”).
All purchases from Kolosym are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or other non-defect reasons. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Eligibility:
- Refunds and replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- All items are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered unless they are defective or incorrect.
Shipping-Related Issues:
- Kolosym Studios Company is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- We recommend tracking your shipment and contacting the carrier for resolution.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, please contact the carrier directly.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
1. Contact us at Info@kolosym.sa within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
3. Once your claim is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping:
If a return is required for a defective or incorrect item, Kolosym will cover shipping costs.
